Every celebration here begins with a dream, and yours is placed in the hands of someone who has spent her career making them real. Kobi Cummings, co-founder of The Valley Venues and a certified wedding planner, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in production design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a minor in themed entertainment.
That took her to Disney Live Entertainment as an arts specialist, designing props for live shows and parades in front of Cinderella Castle — work built around one question. What should the guest feel in this moment? The same question is now asked of this estate: of the moment the doors open and everyone turns around, and of whoever sits closest to the dance floor, who will be in every photograph of your first dance and should be someone you love.

Once upon a time begins the moment you arrive.
Designed like a story, one scene at a time.
Themed entertainment design starts from the guest and works backwards. Not what should this room look like but what should a person feel standing in it, at this hour, having just done the thing they came here to do. So Kobi listens to the dream you have carried for years, then builds it moment by moment: the flowers, the music, the candlelight, and the way one space opens into the next.
It is why the seating chart matters more than the centerpieces, why the walk from the ceremony to the deck is a walk and not a shuttle, and why the last thing on the property is a cottage in the woods rather than a parking lot.
Hospitality woven into our story.
Paul Cummings bought the property for another purpose entirely. Over time he and his daughter Kobi began restoring and reimagining it, and what emerged was not a collection of event spaces but a hospitality estate.
Hospitality here is personal, warm and unhurried. The estate should grow without anyone becoming a room number: every couple is embraced as one of our own, long before the first toast and long after the last dance.
