We are beyond thrilled to share a truly exciting update—the first renderings for the reimagined Magnolia House are here, and they are absolutely breathtaking.
This design is more than just a visual; it’s a love letter to the heart and soul of The Valley Venues estate and a vision for the future with the addition of an interior greenhouse wedding venue space added to the Magnolia House. After carefully exploring several concepts, we could not be more in love with this version. (Seriously…SWOON!)
A Rendering That Captures It All
What makes this rendering so special is how seamlessly it bridges the past and the future. The traditional roofline ends directly over the rebuilt portion of the home, while the new greenhouse pavilion roof mirrors that same slope and architectural style. This intentional design detail creates a stunning sense of continuity—tying the entire structure together beautifully.
From the first moment we saw it, we knew this was more than an addition—it was a transformation. A breathtaking one.
Preserving the Soul of Magnolia House
While the new rendering introduces bold, light-filled spaces and incredible architectural features, it still feels like home. The historical charm, the elegant silhouette, the feeling of warmth and legacy—it’s all still there. We are restoring the front of the house to historical accuracy as much as possible. We plan not only to renew the exterior, including its iconic pillars completely, but also to save as many elements as possible and reuse them where feasible, such as window frames, a wooden mantle, and most prominently, the columns. And yes, you can still get married in front of the original columns!
As artistic director and co-owner, Kobi Cummings, so beautifully put it, “we have preserved the essence of the home.”
This isn’t a departure from what Magnolia House has always been. It’s a faithful evolution—an incredible addition that enhances the venue while honoring everything it has stood for.
The Greenhouse Wedding Venue of Your Dreams
As part of this reimagined design, we’re returning the exterior to its original glory, including its iconic white pillars, while also introducing an interior space that will now be available for events and celebrations of all kinds.
Of course, the glass house is one of the most stunning features—a sun-drenched space with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, designed to elevate every gathering into something magical. It’s destined to become a sought-after greenhouse wedding venue, perfect for intimate ceremonies, starlit receptions, and unforgettable moments beneath the glass.
